Job summary

Life Time Inc. in California is seeking a Membership Concierge III-PT to deliver the highest quality customer service to members and guests, promote Life Time memberships, assist with the buying experience, and contribute to club acquisition and retention goals.

This role serves as a leader on The Concierge Team, sharing expertise and modeling service-oriented behavior while maintaining a fun, healthy work environment that builds lasting member relationships.

Qualifications

• Must multitask and deliver high quality customer service.
• Experience in presenting solutions to prospects and customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (4 hours) while remaining friendly.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate check-in for members and guests to start visits smoothly.
• Handle and delegate incoming calls to provide prompt responses.
• Educate members about club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Build relationships with members and guests to foster loyalty and retention.
• Assist with account maintenance, changes, and payments for services and products.
• Support retention by assisting members considering cancellation and presenting options.
• Engage in service recovery to address member questions and concerns.
• Personalize buying experiences to encourage memberships.
• Connect new members to Personal Training services and promote enrollment.
• Earn commissions on Personal Training sales generated through connections.
• Communicate with members via email or phone consistently with brand messaging.
