Job summary

Life Time Las Vegas is seeking a Membership Concierge III to deliver premier member service, assist with the buying experience, and support club acquisition and retention goals.

You will lead the Concierge Team culture, educate members on programs, and build value-based relationships that enhance loyalty and member outcomes. Completion of Membership Sales Certification and Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Completion of Membership Sales Certification within 60 days of hire.
• Completion of Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate check-in process for members and guests entering club.
• Monitor, handle, and delegate incoming phone calls from members and guests.
• Educate members and guests on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Proactively build relationships with members and guests, delivering high-level service.
• Assist with account maintenance, changes and transactions including payments.
• Support retention efforts and advise on membership options when members request to cancel.
• Engage in service recovery to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Customize buying experience by highlighting amenities and programs.
• Communicate with members via email or phone per brand guidelines.
• Complete administrative duties, club paperwork and cash drawer reconciliation.
