Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Membership Concierge III to deliver high quality service to members and guests, promote Life Time offerings, assist with buying experiences and help achieve club acquisition and retention goals.

As a leader on the Concierge Team, you will educate clients about programming, events, pricing and policies, build value-based relationships, and support members through account maintenance and service recovery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience.
• Minimum of 1 year sales experience.
• Completion of Membership Sales Certification within 60 days of hire (from duties).
• Completion of Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire (from duties).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate check-in for members and guests entering club.
• Handle incoming phone calls from members and guests.
• Educate members about programs, events, pricing, and policies.
• Build relationships and create high-value service experiences.
• Assist with account maintenance and payments.
• Support retention by offering viable membership options upon cancellation.
• Engage in service recovery and resolve member inquiries.
• Personalize buying experiences by aligning offerings to member interests.
• Maintain clear communication via email or phone and complete admin duties.
