Life Time Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge II to serve as the primary contact for members and guests, handling account maintenance, program information, and engagement activities. You will grow professionally through hospitality certification progression and create a personal plan to achieve your career goals.

The role emphasizes building relationships, driving member satisfaction, and promoting club programming, events and services in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Acts as first contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Builds relationships and creates extraordinary experiences.
• Handles inbound calls and outbound outreach for engagement and acquisition.
• Educates members on club programming, events, pricing and policies.
• Assists with account maintenance and transactions including payments for programs, services, and products.
• Serves as a key contact for new membership sales and retention interactions.
• Uses tools to resolve member questions and service issues.
