Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge I to deliver top-notch customer service to members and guests, ensuring everyone feels welcomed and valued.

As the first point of contact, you will help foster value-based relationships that boost loyalty and support members' healthy lifestyle goals. You will work in a fast-paced, service-driven environment, standing for extended periods and multi-tasking across inquiries, transactions, and club information.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience.
• Concierge Certification upon hire.
• Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Commitment to serve others.
• Effective communication skills.
• Passion for living a healthy way of life.

Responsibilities

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests.
• Receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests.
• Maintains updated knowledge to educate members and guests on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships and create extraordinary experiences.
• Assists members with transactions and general account changes.
