Life Time Inc. in Newton, MA is seeking a Membership Concierge III to deliver high-quality customer service and actively promote Life Time to prospective members.

You will assist with the buying experience and contribute to club acquisition and retention goals, while leading on the Concierge Team and modeling service-centric behaviors. Responsibilities include check-in, handling calls, educating members, and driving personalized experiences.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-year customer service experience.
• Minimum of 1-year sales experience.
• Completion of Membership Sales Certification within 60 days of hire.
• Completion of Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate check-in process for members and guests entering club.
• Monitors, handles, and delegates incoming phone calls from members and guests.
• Educate members and guests on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Proactively build relationships with members and guests, creating exceptional service experiences.
• Assist members with account maintenance and transactions including payments.
• Support retention efforts by presenting membership options to members considering cancellation.
• Engage in service recovery to resolve member questions and concerns.
• Personalize the buying experience by highlighting amenities aligned to interests.
• Communicate with members via email or phone in line with brand standards.
• Complete administrative duties and cash drawer reconciliation.
