State Employees' Credit Union in North Carolina seeks a Lead Member Services Officer who will apply broad branch operations knowledge to resolve member issues, mentor staff, and act as the branch leader in the absence of senior management.

You will oversee lending and collections efforts, ensure policy adherence, and drive training to keep staff up to date on products and procedures while delivering courteous, compliant service across in-person, phone, and digital channels.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree or CCUE preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of SECU or directly related experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead branch operations and mentor staff with strong lending knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills and Math/financial literacy for lending decisions.

Mansioni

• Lead branch operations in absence of VP/SVP/ABM and manage daily activities.
• Oversee loan underwriting and ensure adherence to SECU lending policies.
• Supervise collections and balance lending/deposit processes per policy.
• Provide training and mentorship to staff to ensure compliance and growth.
