Qualifikationen

• Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Preferred – Bachelor’s degree, or Certified Credit Union Executive Certification, or Associate of Arts/Science via NC-CTP.
• Aptitude for meeting people and developing member confidence, respect, and trust in Credit Union.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated and dependable; strong problem-solving and good judgment.
• Active listener and communicator.
• Minimum of 2 years directly related experience preferred.
• Complete SECU Core Module Program within 12 months of hire.

Aufgaben

• Assist and perform account maintenance and open all account types for members.
• Help members in all areas of consumer lending; assist and approve in various lending areas.
• Process maintenance on tax-advantaged accounts, wire transfers, redeem savings bonds, and foreign currency handling.
• Provide Notary Public services as requested; respond to member requests across channels (in-person, phone, digital).
• Organize documents, greet members, and maintain confidentiality and security of information.
• Coordinate with other departments and participate in training and continuing education.
