Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in Member Service, banking, new accounts and lending.
• Strong interpersonal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Opens and maintains deposit accounts (savings, checking, CDs).
• Process loan and new account applications with accuracy.
• Cross-sell platforms products (checking/savings, loans, cards) and refer to insurance/investments.
• Assist members with online/mobile banking and digital solutions.
