Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of experience preferred; previous customer service experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Processes teller transactions and balances all instruments daily.
• Opens/closes deposit accounts and assists with loans.
• Cross-sells products and maintains product knowledge.
• Owns member issues and resolves problems; escalates when needed.
• Educates members on digital banking options and completes BSA/compliance tasks.
• Participates in community activities and adheres to mission and values.
