Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; banking, loans or new accounts training preferred.
• Experience in member service, banking, new accounts and lending preferred.

Responsibilities

• Opens and maintains deposit accounts including savings, checking, certificates and specialty accounts.
• Processes loan and new account applications and funding; navigates complex consumer loan types.
• Cross-sell platform products (checking, savings, loans, CDs, online banking) and refer to insurance/investments.
• Resolve member issues promptly with professionalism and courtesy; escalate as needed.
