Job summary

Texas Dow Employees Credit Union is seeking a motivated Member Center professional to nurture relationships with Members, open and service deposit accounts, and assist with loan processing. You will educate Members on digital banking and resolve inquiries with a consultative, friendly approach.

You’ll work toward personal sales goals by cross-selling financial products and partnering with other teams to meet Members’ financial needs. Strong communication and accuracy are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience preferred; customer service experience required.
• Strong interpersonal communication and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with Members and open/maintain deposit accounts.
• Process loan and new account applications and funding; cross-sell products.
• Educate Members on digital banking solutions and provide problem resolution.
