Qualifications

• Cultivate and maintain member relationships through proactive outreach.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts and complete loan applications.
• Cross-sell basic products and refer to related services as appropriate.
• Troubleshoot member inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Educate members on digital banking solutions and security basics.
