Job summary

Texas Dow Employees Credit Union is seeking a Member Center Specialist dedicated to delivering exceptional service and proactive outreach. You will manage deposits and loans, educate members on digital tools, and cross-sell financial products across the member lifecycle.

You will resolve inquiries promptly, build trusted relationships, and participate in community initiatives while adhering to regulatory standards and internal policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional banking/loan/new accounts training preferred.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience required; banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Opens and maintains deposit accounts (savings, checking, CDs, specialty accounts).
• Completes loan and new account applications, interview and funding; supports loan fulfillment.
• Cross-sell products (checking, savings, credit cards, loans, CDs, money markets) and refer insurance/investments/mortgage.
• Resolve member issues through timely, friendly, accurate service; escalate as needed.
• Educate members on banking technology (mobile, online, ATM) and digital solutions.
• Achieve outbound call targets to educate members on technology and meet financial goals.
• Participate in community development and comply with Bank Secrecy Act requirements.
