Job summary

PROCEPT BioRobotics Corporation is seeking a Senior Territory Manager for Louisiana to drive Aquablation adoption, expand hospital partnerships, and develop surgeon champions. You will collaborate with Marketing and Clinical teams to ensure training, workflow integration, and operational readiness for sustained growth.

The role requires a strategic, data-driven leader with medical sales experience, capable of mentoring Territory Managers and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in medical sales (Urology/OR preferred).
• Startup or strategic sales experience (high-growth MedTech preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead within field teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead launch excellence and drive system adoption within key hospitals and accounts.
• Onboard and train physicians through the surgeon pathway, building surgeon champions.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas through procedural volume growth and new accounts.
• Develop and maintain KOL relationships to accelerate growth and market penetration.
• Partner with leadership on territory expansion, forecast accuracy, and utilization growth.
