CVS Health Corporation seeks a Senior Medical Director for Clinical Informatics to align Epic workflows with enterprise strategy and improve patient outcomes. You will lead clinical and technology teams across Center Operations and Quality/Stars, shaping governance and roadmap priorities.
The role combines hands-on clinical leadership with Epic build expertise, driving end-to-end delivery, upgrades, and adoption while maintaining patient safety and high-quality care as core priorities across the
Qualifications
- Licensed clinician with MD/DO/NP/PA in good standing.
- Willing to maintain clinical practice ~20% FTE.
- 10–12 years of relevant work experience.
- Completion of Epic Builder training/certification.
- Experience with value-based care and quality metrics.
Responsabilités
- Serve as the senior product leader across Clinic Operations and Quality & Stars domains.
- Lead enterprise-wide Epic optimization to improve workflows, quality, and patient safety.
- Translate priorities into Epic workflows, decision support, reporting, and clinician tools.
- Support Epic upgrades, testing, implementation, and change management activities.
- Monitor adoption and effectiveness of Epic enhancements and propose improvements.
