Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Senior Medical Director for Clinical Informatics to lead Epic-enabled clinical delivery initiatives and drive end-to-end technology solutions for Center Operations and Quality/Stars.

You will partner with executive leaders to align Epic roadmaps with organizational strategy, improve clinician experience, patient safety, and outcomes while mentoring clinical informatics teams across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician with MD/DO/NP/PA license and active practice.
• Ambulatory clinical practice experience is preferred.
• Completion of Epic Builder training and certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong executive presence with senior stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical product and technology across Epic domains to improve care pathways and outcomes.
• Drive enterprise Epic optimization: workflows, decision support, reporting and clinician tools.
• Collaborate with leaders to translate priorities into Epic roadmaps and successful go-lives.
• Sponsor enterprise go-lives and major releases; monitor adoption and outcomes.
