CVS Health is seeking a Senior Medical Director, Clinical Informatics to lead Epic-enabled technology across Clinic Operations and Quality & Stars. You will drive clinical insight, governance, and vendor coordination to optimize care delivery at scale.

You will partner with executive teams, manage complex projects, and ensure patient safety and outcomes remain central. This role blends clinical practice leadership with strategic technologic execution across a national footprint.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician with board-certified credentials or eligibility.
• Clinical leadership experience and strong communication with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Epic workflows, decision support, reporting, and clinician tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior product leader across Clinic Operations and Quality & Stars domains to advance care pathways.
• Lead enterprise Epic optimization efforts to improve clinical workflows and patient safety.
• Translate priorities into Epic workflows and governance, including go-lives and major releases.
• Mentor clinical informatics teams and sponsor enterprise initiatives on safety and quality.
