CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Medical Director for Clinical Informatics to lead Epic-enabled technology strategy across Center Operations and Quality/Stars. You will align Epic roadmaps with organizational priorities, drive governance, and ensure clinician workflows advance outcomes.

You will mentor teams, partner with clinical and operational leaders, and oversee upgrades, testing, and incentives while prioritizing patient safety and clinician experience.

Formación

• Licensed clinician with MD/DO/NP/PA in good standing.
• Completion of Epic Builder training or willingness to obtain.
• Minimum 5 years of ambulatory clinical practice.
• Experience leading clinical informatics or safety initiatives.
• Strong executive presence with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead clinical product and technology strategy for Epic-enabled domains.
• Drive enterprise Epic optimization to improve workflows and patient safety.
• Translate priorities into Epic workflows, decision support, and clinician tools.
• Oversee Epic upgrades, testing, and go-live activities; drive governance and risk mitigation.
• Mentor clinical informatics staff and build organizational bench strength.
• Present status and outcomes to leadership and governance committees.
