Qualifications

• Licensed clinician in good standing (MD/DO, NP, PA).
• Clinical practice maintained at ~20% FTE.
• 10-12 years of relevant work experience.
• Epic Builder training and certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead Clinic Operations and Quality & Stars domains to drive end-to-end Epic solutions.
• Improve clinical workflows, efficiency, quality, and patient safety.
• Translate priorities into Epic workflows and clinician tools enterprise-wide.
• Oversee Epic upgrades, testing, and change management activities.
• Monitor adoption and drive continuous improvements across the enterprise.
