CVS Health is seeking a Senior Medical Director of Clinical Informatics to lead Epic-enabled healthcare delivery technology products. You will guide clinical governance, improve clinician experience, and align Epic roadmaps with organizational strategy across the HCD Technology landscape.
The role combines hands-on clinical leadership with product strategy, requiring strong executive presence, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on patient safety and outcomes as part of enterprise-wide
Qualifications
- Licensed clinician with MD/DO (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Med-Peds), NP, or PA in good standing.
- 10–12 years of relevant work experience.
- Completion of Epic Builder training and certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Minimum 5 years of ambulatory clinical practice experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as senior product leader across Clinic Operations and Quality & Stars domains.
- Lead enterprise-wide Epic optimization to improve clinical workflows, safety, and quality.
- Translate clinical and business needs into Epic roadmaps and clinician tools.
- Support Epic upgrades, testing, implementation, and change management.
