CVS Health is seeking a Senior Medical Director of Clinical Informatics to lead clinical product strategy and Epic-enabled technology across healthcare delivery. You will partner with executive teams to align Epic roadmaps with organizational goals, improving clinician experience, patient outcomes, and safety.

Qualifications
- Licensed clinician (MD/DO, NP, PA) in good standing.
- Active clinical practice ~20% FTE.
- 10–12 years of relevant work experience.
- Completion of Epic Builder training and certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Minimum 5 years ambulatory clinical practice experience.
- Experience in clinical informatics, safety, quality improvement, or workflow redesign.
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical product and technology strategy across Clinic Operations and Quality & Stars domains.
- Oversee Epic optimization to improve workflows, quality, and patient safety.
- Translate clinical needs into Epic workflows, decision support, reporting, and clinician tools.
- Support Epic upgrades, testing, and go-lives; act as clinical sponsor for enterprise releases.
- Monitor adoption of Epic enhancements and drive continuous improvement.
