Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Medical Director for Clinical Informatics to lead Epic-enabled technology initiatives across Clinic Operations and Quality & Stars. The role blends clinical leadership with product strategy to align Epic roadmaps with organizational goals and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician (MD/DO, NP, PA) in good standing.
• Willing to maintain ~20% clinical FTE.
• 10–12 years of relevant work experience.
• Epic Builder training or willingness to obtain within timeframe.
• Minimum 5 years ambulatory clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead as senior product leader for Clinic Operations and Quality & Stars domains.
• Drive enterprise Epic optimization to improve workflows, quality, safety.
• Translate clinical and business needs into Epic roadmaps and clinician tools.
• Oversee Epic upgrades, testing, implementation, and go‑live readiness.
• Monitor adoption and drive continuous improvement across the enterprise.
