Qualifications

• Licensed clinician - MD/DO, NP, or PA in good standing.
• Active clinical practice ~20% FTE; ambulatory focus expected.
• 10–12 years of relevant work experience.
• Epic Builder training/certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership across Epic-enabled domains to drive end-to-end technology solutions.
• Lead enterprise Epic optimization to improve clinician workflows and patient safety.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to translate priorities into Epic workflows and reporting.
• Support Epic upgrades, testing, implementation, and change management.
