Jobgether SRL is partnering with a healthcare technology environment to hire a Senior Systems Engineer based in the United States. The role centers on enterprise network and endpoint infrastructure, MECM/SCCM, and system administration to deliver reliable IT services across clinical and business operations.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot complex issues, improve software deployment processes, and contribute to architecture, automation, and on-call support while collaborating with vendors

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Typically at least 5 years of experience with Microsoft platforms, networks, and project management.
• Strong MECM/SCCM knowledge including software distribution and OS deployment.
• Advanced understanding of operating systems, network communications, and server/desktop environments.
• Ability to work remotely, participate in on-call rotation, and travel as required.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, and execute complex system installations, upgrades, configurations, and migrations.
• Support MECM/SCCM services, including software distribution and OS deployment.
• Investigate and resolve complex infrastructure issues spanning networks and endpoints.
• Configure virtualization technologies and contribute to the full solution lifecycle.
• Monitor capacity and optimize performance across clinical and business environments.
• Assist server administration, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
• Maintain application delivery and directory services for reliable operation.
• Serve as senior escalation point for hardware, software, and network issues; perform root-cause analyses.
• Develop project tasks, estimates, schedules, and manage resource requirements.
• Create technical documentation and mentoring for colleagues and stakeholders.
• Evaluate new software products and contribute to architectural planning.
