Job summary

Care Access in the United States is seeking a Manager, IT Systems Engineering to lead secure, reliable technology operations supporting clinical research sites and remote work. You will oversee enterprise networking, cloud and endpoint services, automation projects, and a high-performing team.

Experience with Azure, Intune, and security compliance is preferred, with a strong emphasis on governance and scalable IT solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, CS, or related field.
• Seven or more years in IT infrastructure, networking, operations, or service delivery.
• Experience leading technical teams (3+ years).
• Strong communication and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise networks and cloud services.
• Lead AI-enabled automation initiatives with security and governance.
• Oversee IT projects from planning to handoff.
• Manage and develop IT teams.
• Partner with security, privacy, compliance on audits.
