Job summary

Jobgether SRL, listing on behalf of a partner, seeks a Senior Communications Products Specialist in the United States to craft clear, engaging communications for nationwide health informatics initiatives, including newsletters, web content, and deployment messaging.

You will translate complex health IT and EHR initiatives to clinical and leadership audiences, collaborating with change management, Agile delivery teams, and stakeholders to drive adoption and interoperability across healthcare

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, PR, or related field.
8+ years of professional communications experience.
Proven ability to write, edit, and produce newsletters, web content, press materials, and briefings.
Experience managing internal comms channels and social media.
Ability to tailor messaging for senior leaders, technical staff, clinicians, and partners.
Experience with health IT, EHR, interoperability communications is preferred.
Proficiency with SharePoint, Teams, and digital design tools; Canva is a plus.
Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility and plain-language standards.
Experience in change management communications; Prosci certification is a plus.
Experience in SAFe, Scrum, or Agile delivery environments.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive communication plans and messaging strategies for diverse audiences.
Write, edit, and produce high-quality communications products (newsletters, web content, fact sheets, briefing materials, infographics).
Manage content for health informatics communities of practice and related channels.
Create outreach and educational materials supporting health information exchange and adoption.
Develop deployment and adoption communications for EHR transitions and related initiatives.
Support informatics workforce development, training, and organizational change communications.
Draft press materials and talking points for government review and release.
Schedule content for internal and social channels and monitor engagement.
