Job summary
Jobgether SRL is seeking a Sales Engineer to bridge customer needs and technical solutions in a healthcare SaaS environment. You will lead product demonstrations, map workflows, and design integrations with EHR systems, HL7, and FHIR, collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams.
The role requires deep knowledge of major EHRs, strong presentation skills, and the ability to engage clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer in healthcare technology.
- In-depth knowledge of major EHR systems (Epic, Cerner/Oracle Health, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, MEDITECH) including integration architecture.
- Experience with patient access and engagement workflows (appointment scheduling, intake, referrals, patient communications).
- Understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) including eligibility verification, prior authorization, referrals, and billing.
- Ability to discuss APIs, HL7, FHIR, and webhooks with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience preparing/responding to RFPs and RFIs.
- Strong discovery and analytical skills mapping workflows to product capabilities.
- Excellent presentation and product demonstration skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Active use of AI tools to improve productivity.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Conduct technical discovery with healthcare organizations to map requirements.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations linking customer needs to solutions.
- Design and propose customized integrations with existing systems.
- Provide technical guidance to sales teams to advance opportunities.
- Engage stakeholders across clinical, operational, and IT teams.
- Map current-state workflows and identify inefficiencies.
- Explain and support EHR integrations (EHR systems, APIs, HL7, FHIR, webhooks).
- Prepare RFP/RFI responses with accurate technical content.
- Differentiate offerings and position against competitors.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams on GTM messaging.
- Incorporate customer feedback to improve demos and delivery.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity in daily activities.
