Job summary

Jobgether SRL is listing a Senior Endpoint Support Engineer position for remote work within the United States. You will provide Tier 3 support for large enterprise endpoint migrations, leveraging deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot, and Entra ID.

You will collaborate with Endpoint Engineering and Security teams to drive root-cause analysis, automation, and process improvements while ensuring secure, compliant endpoint operations. A Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years IT support experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Demonstrated Tier 3 or advanced support in a large enterprise.
• Strong Azure, Microsoft Intune, and SCCM/MECM background.
• Extensive experience troubleshooting Windows 10/11 endpoints and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint deployment and management technologies including Intune, MECM/SCCM, Autopilot, Group Policy, Active Directory, and/or Entra ID.
• Experience supporting enterprise endpoint migrations, hardware refreshes, operating system upgrades, or large-scale device deployments.
• Ability to analyze logs and diagnostics to isolate complex issues.
• Active Secret security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 technical support for endpoint migration, deployment, provisioning, and post-migration stabilization activities.
• Diagnose and resolve complex Windows endpoint issues involving OS, drivers, apps, profiles, authentication, networking, peripherals, and configurations.
• Support enterprise migration initiatives including device replacement, OS upgrades, hardware refreshes, and user cutovers.
• Investigate migration failures, deployment errors, app compatibility issues, and recurring endpoint incidents.
• Serve as senior escalation for Tier 1/2 Service Desk teams, guiding troubleshooting and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with Endpoint Engineering, Infrastructure, Security to determine root causes and remediation.
• Administer endpoint management technologies: Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot, Entra ID; troubleshoot Microsoft 365 apps/services.
• Troubleshoot endpoint security capabilities: device compliance, encryption, Defender for Endpoint, CA, and related controls.
• Develop and maintain technical docs, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
