CMTA Energy Solutions seeks a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead performance contracting initiatives from conception through completion. The role emphasizes technical leadership, client relationship growth, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, finance, and construction teams.

The candidate should bring a minimum of five years in energy services or related engineering/commissioning, with an ABET-accredited engineering degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with an Energy Services company OR a consulting engineering/commissioning firm.
• Undergrad degree in engineering from ABET accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of performance contracts from conception to completion.
• Serve as primary contact through all phases and nurture client relationships.
• Direct the engineering design team and oversee bidding, site visits, and energy calculations.
• Collaborate with clients and construction managers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support M&V activities and ensure compliance with state K-12 procurement processes.
