• Minimum 5 years of experience with an Energy Services company or a consulting engineering/commissioning firm.
• Undergrad degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance contracts from conception to completion and serve as primary client contact.
• Identify new opportunities and nurture client relationships to drive CMTA’s growth.
• Direct the engineering design team in producing drawings and specifications.
• Oversee the bidding process to ensure quality and competitive outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients to finalize performance contracts and coordinate with construction managers.
• Oversee the commissioning process to validate performance and support warranty phase.
