Job summary

CMTA, Inc., a Legence company, seeks a Senior Engineer to lead performance contracting across the Energy Solutions division. You will manage projects from conception to completion and serve as the primary client contact, guiding opportunities and delivering value.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in energy services or commissioning, an ABET-accredited engineering degree, and strong HVAC design/commissioning expertise. Some travel and client engagement are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with an Energy Services company or a consulting engineering/commissioning firm.
• Undergrad degree in engineering from ABET-accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of performance contracts from conception to completion.
• Identify opportunities and nurture client relationships for growth.
• Direct the engineering design team and bidding processes.
• Coordinate site visits, audits, and energy calculations.
• Support M&V reporting and commissioning to validate performance.
