Job summary

CMTA, a Legence company, is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to lead performance contracts from conception to completion. You will be the primary client contact and guide energy solution projects, audits, and M&V activities across markets.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in energy services or consulting engineering, with an ABET-accredited engineering degree and strong business development capabilities. On-site collaboration with our Energy Solutions team is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with an Energy Services company OR a consulting engineering/commissioning firm.
• Undergrad engineering degree from ABET-accredited university.
• Strong business development and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of performance contracts from conception to completion and serve as primary client contact.
• Articulate CMTA's performance contracting approach in technical and financial terms.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Participate in business development activities including client meetings and proposals.
• Direct site visits, audits, and energy calculations; oversee engineering design team.
