Job summary

CMTA, Inc. in the energy solutions division seeks a Senior Engineer to lead performance contracts from conception to completion, serving as primary client contact and technical lead on HVAC design and energy calculations.

The successful candidate will drive business development, nurture client relationships, and coordinate with engineering design, bidding, construction, and commissioning teams to deliver value to clients and support CMTA’s growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with an Energy Services company OR a consulting engineering/commissioning firm.
• Undergrad degree in engineering from ABET accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance contracts from conception to completion and serve as primary contact.
• Identify new opportunities and foster client relationships.
• Direct the engineering design team and bidding process.
• Collaborate with client to finalize the contract and coordinate with construction and commissioning teams.
• Oversee site visits, audits, and energy calculations.
