Job summary

CMTA is seeking an experienced Senior Energy Performance Engineer to lead performance contracts from concept to completion in our Energy Solutions group. You will guide technical teams, develop energy calculations, and coordinate with clients, architects, and construction managers to deliver high-performance, cost-effective projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with an Energy Services company or a consulting engineering/commissioning firm.
• Undergrad degree in engineering from ABET accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance contracts from conception to completion and serve as primary client contact.
• Identify opportunities and nurture client relationships to support business growth.
• Direct the engineering design team in producing drawings and specifications.
• Oversee site visits, audits, energy calculations, and the bidding process.
• Collaborate with construction managers to ensure a smooth construction period.
• Coordinate with MEP and commissioning teams to validate performance.
