Job summary

CMTA, a Legence company, is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to lead performance contracts for our Energy Solutions division. You will manage from concept through completion, coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure value, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes technical leadership in HVAC design, energy calculations, site audits, and commissioning. We value engineers with strong ABET-accredited degrees and at least five years in energy services or

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with an Energy Services company OR a consulting engineering/commissioning firm.
• Undergrad degree in engineering from ABET accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of performance contracts from conception to completion.
• Develop site visits, audits, and energy calculations.
• Direct the engineering design team in producing drawings and specifications.
• Direct the bidding process to ensure quality and competitive outcomes.
• Collaborate with the client to finalize the performance contract.
• Support the client through the warranty phase as needed.
