Job summary

CMTA, a Legence Company, seeks an experienced Engineer to expand our Energy Solutions division and lead performance contracting initiatives. The role emphasizes client development, technical leadership in HVAC design and MEP engineering, and managing projects from site visits to commissioning and warranties.

The candidate brings 5+ years in energy services or commissioning, plus a degree from an ABET-accredited program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with an Energy Services company or a consulting engineering/commissioning firm.
• Undergrad engineering degree from an ABET-accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Introduce and explain performance contracting to potential clients.
• Articulate CMTA's value proposition in technical and financial terms.
• Build and maintain client relationships for repeat business.
• Lead business development activities including client meetings and proposals.
• Direct the engineering design team in drawings and specifications and oversee bidding.
