Job summary

CMTA, a Legence Company, seeks an experienced Senior Engineer to lead performance contracts from conception through completion. The role focuses on technical leadership, client development, and growing CMTA’s energy solutions business in new markets.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in energy services, an ABET-accredited engineering degree, and strong HVAC design/commissioning background. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with an Energy Services company or a consulting/commissioning firm.
• Undergrad degree in engineering from ABET-accredited university.
• Experience in HVAC design and commissioning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of performance contracts from conception to completion.
• Identify opportunities and nurture client relationships for growth.
• Direct the engineering design team to produce drawings and specs.
• Coordinate with construction to ensure a smooth project execution.
• Collaborate on M&V and state-specific K-12 procurement processes.
