Job summary

RTX is seeking a Program Management, Planning & Scheduling professional to join the Planning & Activation organization. You will develop and maintain the Program Master Phasing Schedule and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), coordinating with engineering, operations, and finance to ensure a credible, executable plan.

You will lead IMS development in MS Project, oversee resource-loaded schedules, and perform advanced schedule analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
• 8+ years of program planning, scheduling, or program management experience (5+ with advanced degree).
• Experience with MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, Project Server, or similar scheduling systems.
• Experience with EVMS or equivalent performance management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, integration, and governance of complex IMSs in MS Project, ensuring alignment with scope and contract requirements.
• Oversee resource-loaded schedules and ensure integration across baselines (cost, schedule, technical).
• Develop and maintain Program Master Phasing Schedules and planning artifacts for near-term and long-range planning.
• Perform advanced schedule analysis: critical path, risk integration, health assessments, variance analysis.
• Support EAC and LRE processes, ensuring schedule alignment with program financial performance.
