Job summary

RTX in Andover, MA is seeking a Program Management, Planning and Scheduling professional to develop and maintain the Program Master Phasing Schedule and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). This role ensures accurate network and workflow of schedule activities in alignment with contract requirements and program management best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field with 8+ years of scheduling experience.
• Experience with MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, Project Server, or similar systems.
• Experience leading development and management of complex Integrated Master Schedules and performing advanced analytics.
• Experience with EVMS or equivalent performance management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, integration, and governance of complex IMSs in MS Project, ensuring alignment with scope and requirements.
• Oversee resource-loaded schedules and integration across cost, schedule, and technical baselines.
• Develop and maintain Program Master Phasing Schedules and planning artifacts.
• Perform and lead advanced schedule analysis, including critical path and schedule risk integration.
• Provide senior-level support to EAC and LRE processes, ensuring alignment to financial performance.
• Lead preparation and delivery of schedule review packages for leadership and customers.
• Advise program managers and customers on status, impacts, risks, and acceleration scenarios.
• Ensure compliance with scheduling policies and audit readiness; mentor junior planners.
