Job summary

Raytheon, an RTX business, seeks an experienced Program Management, Planning, and Scheduling professional to join the Planning & Activation organization. This role supports complex programs across multiple Raytheon locations and business areas, requiring strong scheduling expertise, analytical capability, and collaboration across functions to support program execution.

The successful candidate will lead or support the development, maintenance, and analysis of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of Program Planning, Scheduling or Project Management experience.
• Experience with scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, Project Server or similar).

Responsibilities

• Onsite support to develop and maintain the IMS in MS Project.
• Detail plan and maintain the IMS through changes.
• Ensure IMS compliance with government requirements.
• Resource-load IMS with budgets and cost/schedule integration.
• Conduct schedule analysis and communicate status.
