Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced Program Management, Planning and Scheduling professional to join the Planning & Activation team in support of complex DoD programs. The role emphasizes developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using MS Project and ensuring compliance with government requirements.

The successful candidate will lead or support schedule analyses, master phasing, and EAC/LRE processes, while collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders to drive

Qualifications

Experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
Familiarity with government customer requirements and compliance.
Ability to collaborate across functions to support program execution.
Strong scheduling analytics including critical path, variance, and risk analysis.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in MS Project, incorporating changes.
Ensure IMS compliance with government requirements and proper resource loading.
Create and maintain Program Master Phasing Schedules.
Perform detailed schedule analyses including critical path, risk integration, and schedule risk analysis.
Support EAC and LRE processes as they relate to schedule performance.
Prepare internal and external schedule review packages with required documentation.
