RTX seeks an experienced Program Management, Planning, and Scheduling professional to join the Planning & Activation organization in the United States. The role focuses on building and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), ensuring government requirements are met, and driving schedule performance across complex programs.

Qualifications

• Experience creating Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for complex DoD programs.
• Strong scheduling analytics, critical path, and risk integration.
• Ability to align schedule with cost and technical scope.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and analyze IMS in MS Project across lifecycle.
• Ensure IMS compliance with government requirements and proper resource loading.
• Create Program Master Phasing Schedules and conduct schedule reviews.
• Perform detailed schedule analyses including critical path and risk.
• Support EAC and LRE processes related to schedule performance.
• Prepare internal and external schedule review packages per contract data lists.
