Job summary

RTX is seeking a Program Management, Planning and Scheduling professional to join the Planning & Activation organization. You will develop and maintain the Program Master Phasing Schedule and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), ensuring accurate, compliant planning across scope, cost, and schedule baselines.

You will lead complex IMS development using MS Project, perform advanced schedule analytics, and provide senior-level support to EAC/LRE processes, while collaborating with engineering,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field; 8+ years in Planning/Scheduling/PM
Experience with MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, Project Server or similar tools
Experience leading development of complex Integrated Master Schedules
Experience with EVMS or equivalent performance management processes

Responsibilities

Lead development, integration, and governance of complex IMSs in MS Project
Oversee resource-loaded schedules and integration across baselines
Develop and maintain Program Master Phasing Schedules and artifacts
Perform advanced schedule analysis and risk integration
Support EAC and LRE processes and schedule reviews
