Job summary

RTX is seeking a Program Management, Planning and Scheduling professional to develop and maintain the Program Master Phasing Schedule and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). The role ensures accurate planning, risk integration, and alignment with contract requirements.

Onsite in the United States, you will mentor junior planners and collaborate across engineering, operations, supply chain, contracts, and finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field and 8+ years of Program Planning, Scheduling, or Program Management experience.
• Experience with MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, Project Server, or similar scheduling systems.
• Experience leading development and management of complex Integrated Master Schedules and performing advanced schedule analytics (critical path, logic integration, and/or workflow analysis).
• Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) or equivalent performance management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, integration, and governance of complex IMSs in MS Project, aligning with scope, contractual requirements, and program management best practices.
• Oversee resource-loaded schedules and ensure integration across cost, schedule, and technical baselines.
• Develop and maintain Program Master Phasing Schedules and planning artifacts for near-term execution and long-range planning.
• Perform advanced schedule analyses including critical path and risk integration; interpret schedule trends.
• Provide senior-level support to EAC and LRE processes ensuring schedule alignment with financial performance.
• Lead preparation and delivery of schedule review packages for leadership and customers.
• Advise Program Managers and customers on schedule status, risks, and acceleration scenarios.
• Ensure compliance with Raytheon scheduling policies, DFARS/EVMS, and audit readiness; collaborate to establish a credible PMB.
• Mentor junior planners and improve planning processes, tools, and capabilities.
