Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive CPG sales experience, with significant time in mass retail buying processes and JBP frameworks.
• 5+ years in a senior sales leadership role with a track record of growing revenue and market share at a mass retailer.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute a comprehensive annual sales strategy aligned with client brands and retailer priorities.
• Serve as senior point of contact with retailer buyers and merchant leadership.
• Lead joint business planning (JBP) negotiations and space/shelf agreements with the retailer.
• Own the sales P&L for assigned brands and drive data-backed decisions using POS and syndicated data.
