Bobbie is seeking a Senior Director, Mass to own Walmart and Target relationships and drive the account strategy across mass retail. You will lead a small, cross-functional team and report to the Chief Growth Officer, shaping how Bobbie's retail sales organization scales with major retailers this year.

You will own forecast, JBP, trade investments, and retailer media initiatives while partnering with Supply Chain, Finance, and Brand to align one unified strategy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in CPG sales with senior-level Walmart/Target ownership
• End-to-end ownership of retailer relationships including forecasting, JBP and trade
• Deep fluency with Walmart Retail Link, OTIF and modular reset cycles
• Proven JBP and category leadership that grew distribution and profitable volume
• Experience leading cross-functional sales/ops teams and setting priorities
• Ability to operate independently with executive visibility
• Existing relationships in baby/infant nutrition channels preferred

Responsabilités

• Own the Mass P&L including volume, trade spend, and profitability.
• Manage Walmart and Target relationships end-to-end from executive conversations to daily execution.
• Lead Joint Business Planning and category reviews with retailers.
• Forecast and demand plan with Supply Chain to protect fill rates and OTIF.
• Develop and own trade spend and promotional plans with ROI accountability.
• Lead retail media strategy with Walmart Connect and Target Roundel.
• Direct the Shopper Marketing Manager and Sales Operations Manager.
• Collaborate with Category Management, Supply Chain, Finance and Brand to align an account strategy.
• Shape the overall retail sales strategy with the Chief Growth Officer.
