Job summary

ForceBrands is seeking an experienced senior sales professional to own Target and Walmart accounts in the U.S. You will grow existing sales, identify new distribution and merchandising opportunities, and build strong retailer relationships.

You will also lead business reviews and collaborate with Marketing on plans for launches and promotions. The role requires direct experience with Target and Walmart, strong analytical skills using POS and syndicated data, and the ability to manage brokers,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of sales experience in CPG food/beverage.
• Direct account management with Target and Walmart, incl. buyer relationships.
• Experience using POS, syndicated and financial data for recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own the Target and Walmart businesses, growing sales and opportunities.
• Build retailer relationships and lead business reviews and line reviews.
• Partner with Marketing for retailer-specific plans across promotions.
• Manage broker partners and ensure reporting and growth initiatives
• Build annual budgets and monitor sales, trade spend and profitability
• Develop promotional calendars and validate deductions with Accounting
• Own forecasts and communicate demand to Operations and Supply Chain
• Track weekly performance and category trends to identify risks/opportunities
• Manage additional customers as the business expands
