Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive enterprise growth for Walmart CAAC initiatives. You will identify opportunities, build executive-level relationships, and scale store program opportunities across Acosta Group’s offerings.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth plans delivering incremental revenue and profit for Acosta Group across Walmart.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities aligned with Acosta Group's capabilities.
• Lead growth initiatives supporting long-term objectives and market expansion.
• Build a robust pipeline across merchandising, services, experiential, media, analytics, and more.
• Lead development and execution of customer-facing growth strategies and proposals.
• Lead CAAC strategy with Walmart and pursue store program opportunities.
• Collaborate with Walmart to develop innovative solutions improving store execution and shopper experience.
• Develop multi-year growth strategies strengthening Acosta Group's partner position.
• Establish high-level relationships with Walmart decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Provide regular strategic updates to executives.
