Qualifications

12+ years of progressive CPG sales experience, with mass retail focus and Walmart knowledge.
5+ years in a senior sales leadership role with a top mass retailer track record.
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Bentonville, Arkansas.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive annual sales strategy aligned with client objectives and retailer priorities.
Serve as senior point of contact with retailer buyers and merchant leadership, building long-term partnerships.
Lead joint business planning (JBP) with the retailer, negotiating terms and calendars.
Identify white space opportunities to expand distribution and SKU presence.
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales and operations team.
Present regular business reviews to client stakeholders, reporting on sales performance and opportunities.
Own the sales P&L for assigned brands at the retailer, tracking revenue, margin, and ROI.
Partner with Accenture Song teams to deliver integrated solutions for clients and retailer.
